Officers stay in contact with our office, and we pass on changes you ask for straight away.

Your account manager meets you each month to check the service is working.
We check each officer before they work on your site.
Every officer holds a valid SIA licence and is screened to BS 7858, with regular DBS checks. We check work history and references before anyone joins. Training covers:

Yes. Specialist support can work alongside your existing arrangements or be booked on its own.
Are your officers licensed?
Yes. Every officer holds a valid SIA licence, and we are an SIA Approved Contractor for security guarding and keyholding.
